What happens when I sign up?

When you're ready, you book in a 30 minute onboarding call using the 'let's get started' button.

We'll then have a quick chat to get the ball rolling, then you'll be sent your bespoke onboarding package and contracts to sign within 24 hours.

After that we'll sort out access to all of your social media channels and you'll receive your custom strategy and audit within 7 working days.

Once that's all agreed, we'll get to work running your channels, and you get to enjoy a steady flow of new supporters thanks to our double your social media reach in 90 days guarantee.

Is there any extra costs I should know about?

There is no extra costs and you won't have to spend any extra time doing anything - we run your channels for you so you can get on with what you do best.

I don't have a lot of time, will this work for me?

The Charity Growth package is optimised to be as efficient as possible, requiring very little of your time.

You can notify of us any important things we need to post about as and when they come up, and we'll be in touch when we need any extra information or case studies, but that's all.

For the first month, we will send you your posts to approve to allow us to perfect your tone of voice and any other specifics, which should take you around half an hour per week.

After that, there is no further sign off, meaning no extra time commitments.

Is there a guarantee?

We're confident that we can double your social media reach within 90 days, so you can get more supporters. If for any reason we don't double your social media reach, you'll get a full, no questions asked refund.
